Halotherapy, from the Greek «halo», salt
Sit down, dressed, and breathe the salt.
In the salt room the air carries fine dry particles of pharmaceutical-grade salt. You come in with your clothes on, sit back, read or listen to music while the chromotherapy light changes colour. It is a complementary therapy: it may help relieve congested airways and it helps you relax.

Come as you are
No special clothes. You go in dressed and leave your shoes at the door.

Sit back
A reclining chair, a blanket, a book or your music.
Step 03
Breathe
Dry salt particles in the air, at a slow rhythm.
Step 04
Colour
The chromotherapy light shifts slowly while you rest.

Children come with their parents, and they love it.

A salt room that became a house
HaloNature opened in Pinhal Novo in November 2011 with a salt room for halotherapy, a therapy the Nordic countries had been using for three decades and that almost nobody offered in Portugal.
Around the cave grew the rest: a long massage menu, complementary therapies and natural aesthetics. Today the house is at Av. dos Ferroviários 105, with the same idea it started with: a calm place, made just for you.
